But in all seriousness, it is rather lame that we have nowhere to 'learn' to fly. I found a server dedicated to that if you're interested or you can just play the second CO-OP mission over and over again which is what I did to get a better hang of flying. Of course the person who joined probably wasn't to pleased, but since DICE didn't add any way to communicate in a mission critical CO-OP campaign I okay with it :stickout: .

BF3 squad setup?

As a bf2 veteran, squad play was a blast.With bf3 the squad setup has changed and resembles the console setup my son uses. How do I see open squads,how do I join one,do I have to be invited?.Plz Help

Have you played Bad Company 2 on your PC? The squad system is very similar to that now and as you said feels more like a 'console' UI.



Here is an example of what it looks like and by default you will NOT be auto-joined into a squad. You will have to decide in your menu settings what squad you want to join be it alpha, bravo, charlie etc. with a maximum player size of 4. Some players like joining squads and locking them even when they are not full so be aware of that.

Unfortunately not and it appears EA has no plans on changing this either.

thats a pain, i was looking forward to buying Skyrim, MF3, BF3 and the run soon but only have 2GB downloads (off-peak) which obviously isnt gonna work, for updating then
