Basic win32 frontend for the DVDAuthor project.

DVDAuthorgui is a basic win32 frontend for the DVDAuthor project. The gui is meant to be an easy means to create a basic dvd.

Projects used by DVDAuthorGUI are:
o dvdauthor, spumux (dvdauthor-0.6.13)
o mplex, jpeg2yuv, mpeg2enc, png2yuv (mjpegtools 1.6.2)
o gm (GraphicsMagick 1.0.4)
o mkisofs (mkisofs 2.01a20-cdrtools)

Features of DVDAuthorGUI include:
o multiple titles (pgc)
o multiple titleset menus (still and motion)
o m2v still creation
o chapters
o subtitles
o multiple audio streams
o basic navigation commands
o iso creation

- Bugfix: Videos could not be inserted from the root directory of a drive
