Firmware for the Crucial v4 2.5" SSD is being updated from version 22 to 25

WARNING: The Firmware update is destructive to the data on the SSD and on the flash drive being created as bootable media. Your data will be lost.
The firmware update process is done entirely at your own risk. Before initiating the update process be sure to backup or make copies of all important files. If the firmware process is interrupted your solid-state drive may not function properly.
