Most of you are probably clinging to your piggybanks in anticipation of Steam's yearend blowout, but there are a few deals worth considering in the meantime. Valve's distribution house is offering Magicka for only $2.49 as part of its daily wishlist promotion, Impulse has the first two Mass Effect games priced at $7.99 each, GamersGate serves up Torchlight, Borderlands and Street Fighter IV for less than $5 a peace and Good Old Games has cut 50% off its catalog. when games get this old, they have already out run their sell by date, and should be sold for one dollar, squeezing every single cent from the product like this is just plain greedy. |

^ You are to greedy, or to poor, we are talking about excellent games for 5 and 10 dollars, even myself is waiting the steam chrismas sale to buy 10 or more of those :P (lets forget about that "even myself") |

There is nothing worse then buying a bargain game to find out it has no multiplayer base. So I say go ask some questions in the game you plan to purchases forums like whats the player base like before you buy a lesser known title. I have that street fighter haven't played it in like a year, it was laggy which is very annoying in a fighting game because its hard to get down a good pace when each match goes at a different speed. (PC) Duke nukem forever still has a good player base. |
