I chose to use two 30.7GB IBM 75GXP drives for the RAID-0 tests. The IBM 75GXPs are fast as single drives, but when in RAID, they are blazing fast. This makes the on board RAID option even more attractive. Also, since it's a BX chipset based board, you'll notice the high memory benchmarks reported by SiSoft.
