10400F XMP problem

My PC:
Intel Core i5-10400F
Gigabyte H510M S2H V2
GOODRAM IRDM X 16GB (2x8GB) 3200 MHz CL16 DDR4

I have question about XMP. I have read that 10400f allows XMP RAM to 3200MHz but when I set XMP as Enabled and set Profile 1 it allows me only to set 2666MHz and clock shows 2667Mhz. Is it problem with my components or am I dumb and can't do it proper way?

I believe the 'H' chipset is indeed the limiting factor. Not 100% sure, but may be able to run at 2933 or 3000 if you set everything manually.

Have you tried going into the bios and setting the memory to 3200 before turning on XMP? I know I had to set my memory to 3200 before turning 0n XMP. Just a thought. I am running a asrock board.

It is possible your ram is not being read right by your motherboard. Do you have any other ram you can try?
