1st PC Build Ryzen 3rd Gen vs Intel i7

Hi users I was about to buy all the specs to build this Pc which at first sight looked like a great PC for my needs (Streaming + Max FPS on low settings) : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/M9cB29 . While doing further reasearches I found out that AMD was coming out with its 3rd Gen of cpu's. My main question being what should I really build? Should I stay with my main build but wait for the 3rd gen to come out for lower prices? OR Should I buy the new AMD 3000 series? OR Should I go with Intel?

I don't think you'll get a comparable 3rd gen Ryzen for the same price as the 2700X - $250 is the MSRP for the Ryzen 5 3600X:

I'd go with the 2700X, despite the core enhancements for 3rd gen will offer.
