They may cahrge a restocking fee if the board is good but I don't think they do if it is faulty. It's a PITA to ship back. Hope it wasn't something simple like a broken monitor cord or some such but since you tried two monitors on two cards with two different cords.... Good luck and let us know what the problem was so we can all learn.

Ok...

Ok is the Molex connector pluged into the video card and or the motherboard

is the video card pused all the way in at all points

if this mobo is SLI is the Vid-card in the propper PCI-e slot
If the card is and the Mobo is an SLI is the SLI card set to "ONE video card"

I got it back from CR yesterday and they told me a pin was bent on the processor. The base of the pin was a little to the side of where it should have been, it wasn't centered. So whenever I put it in, it just bent over, even though I felt no resistance. I talked to newegg.com, and they said send it to them and they'll replace it. Guy at CR said the reason was it wasn't getting past POST. Thanks for your help though.

No problem, well who knew... yah that would do it, i didn't even think about that. yah now that I think about it that would be a very good possibility to the problem... I now feel like a I making wool, Baah Bahh! Baah! :hotouch:
