Inactive 8-step / do I delete these programs after all scans are complete and have the logs

Helping someone with there system, currently have norton internet security with still over 300 days worth so I am going to keep it on here... some reason McAfee is on here too idk but I was going to delete it since norton is already on here.

I will have a follow up with logs in the next hour. once the machine is back, these programs will probably never be used again by this person and thus why I want to delete them all.

Java step - I had to install java on this machine, said there wasn't any previous java installed? so I did and then checked add/remove programs in case there was a older version.
