80004002 update error

Heya I have installed a fresh copy of windows 7 home premium and it wont install the sp1 update, attached is a snip of the error that pops up.

I have tried manual install and that went sucessful or atleast that what the installer says but system still show as the 2nd pic says



I have also run the cmd with admin and executed command sfc /scannow with nothing being found. Thanks in advance and I hope to hear back soon.

well you can scrap this if you like I found and downloaded 7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD from the microsoft site and burnt it to a dvd and now all is good

thanks anyway to some of the other threads here that guided me to find the download
