Inactive [A] Boot.Tidserv and svchost viruses

I am running Windows Vista and have a virus. When I run Norton it finds the infection Boot.Tidserv (master boot record infection drive 0X80) and fails to remove it. I have tried a master system recovery. If anyone has any insight or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I also have another one that is called svchost.exe...Windows will not allow me to delete this program, stating I am not the system administrator...I am the sole owner of this computer...not sure on that one.
