Inactive [A] Infected pretty bad I think

In the middle of web surfing this morning the PC BSoD'd.

I rebooted to the same results at the login page.

I am able to successfully run in Safe Mode. I have tried malwarebytes and hijack this to no avail.

Ideas?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
Safe mode will be fine for now.
Complete as many steps as you can.
