About RAM installment

I have following specs------
intel dg31pr motherboard,
two dual channel ram slots available to avail a maximum of 4gb DDR2,
in one slot I have 1gb ddr2 pc667 mhz ddr2 single channel SDRAM by ZION,
I also have intel pentium dual core cpu E2180, with 450 watt psu,

I want to install 2gb ddr2 ram.......
can anyone tell me the list of supported rams
