Hi, I just had a question. When my AVG auto scanned last night.. it says it found an infection.. looks like a restore point...

"C:\System Volume Information\_restore{106CF321-99A3-4E3A-9103-1BD027606A99}\RP1\A0000089.sys";"Virus identified Win32/Patched.DX";"Moved to Virus Vault"

Is that the restore point I just made?

It's a different file, but from the same family by the looks.
Looks like your AV is working as it should anyway. It's the ones it doesn't catch that you should be worried about.
If you like, you can do another on-line scan?

I'm glad it found it, just was making sure it wasn't trying to get rid of the restore point we had made during the cleaning process.
