One note regarding the ProArt board: this is among the few affordable boards that can run a pair of x16 physical slots at x8/x8 electrical. The remaining slot is 4x electrical which makes it a natural choice for 10Gb networking. VFIO (PCIe passthru) rig builders wanting to run two GPUs without bottlenecking one don't have many choices.
Connectivity you need. Every am5 board is overengineered in terms of vrm and pcb anyway.
Just avoid asus prime series due to extremely high temps. (it's trash for connectivity anyway)
If priced the same, and according to the VRM explanation you provided in the spec table of this great article, would the ASRock B650M PG Riptide be a better choice over the MSI Pro B650M-A? If the difference is negligible, would an ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 be the best choice based on the lower price, and not needing any of the fancier features on the other boards? Thank you!
I think you missed an opportunity to highlight other unique factors, like the DS3H can drive three monitors at once with the onboard video or that six SATA ports is useful for RAID setups.
