MSI has always been my go to product. I have been using them from the old pentium 478p Pentium 4 era. I bought an XFX 6600XT but only because I got it for a killer deal. My mobo is still AMD (AM4) which is slated for an upgrade as it is a really low budget board and I will most def get a better MSI board when I upgrade to an 8c CPU.MSI has consistently been hitting it out of the park for AM5 boards. Mainly in offering lots and lots of USB ports, including lots of 3.2 gen 2, while everyone else has been cutting back.
Asrock has some great deals but I couldnt trust them.
I want to know, why did every brand start cheaping out on audio? All these boards have just audio out, in, and sometimes SPDIF. Used to be every board could do at least 5.1 surround.

OK, I haven't read this yet but I wanted to comment about the picture with all the boxes - were they all empty or were you just being REALLY careful?
Thanks Steve. They are all full, there is about 20% more boxes that you can't see. We have them stacked on a false wall we built which is slopped at a slight angle to keep them all upright easily.
How about it?How about intel based MBs?
