AMD confirms Radeon RX 9000 graphics cards will launch in March

I live in the Philippines and I honestly have no real idea about the best kind of prices for graphics cards available in the 'real world'. We get scalped here CONTINUOUSLY for EVERY item of pc hardware -whether it be old tech or new tech. There are NEVER any SALES here. Because the vendors know that the only people here who can even THINK about building/buying a pc are in the "fairly wealthy bracket". Hence the continuous scalping. Attempting to personally import a good bargain from Amazon or wherever, simply get f$#@%d by steep shipping charges.
Anyways....my point is that I think AMD have blown it. I think they should have launched in December 2024 at ridiculousy low prices. Let's say $350 (for example -as I said, I really have no accurate idea of 'real-world' prices) for a 9070. Presuming they had any stock left over after that initial launch, they could have slowly jacked up the price over time.
But then, I'm not an economist /business guru /shareholder...LOL. So feel free to mock!!!
