AMD GPU drivers old disclaimer text

On a page like this one, the text "Compatible with AMD Bristol, Carrizo and Stoney AMD Family APUs with Windows 7/8.1/10 and supported Skype application" is from driver 16.12.1, which fixed a performance issue with Skype. It's apparently been copied to every driver release page on TechSpot. I assume that some of the rest of the text is also copied, it's just that this particular strange text captured my attention so I went looking for its source.
