Android Phone Camera Module Mfr Info App?

Hi,

Am looking for an Android app that can give the phone camera module mfr. and model.

Tried searching but to date got nothing using keywords "Android Phone Camera Module Mfr Info" if remove "..." got no apps that identifies the camera module mfr.

Hope someone has some ideas!
