Another Internet victim

A PC owner since 1985. After I lost all my data in 1989 to a failed HD, I thought I would be smart by learning to repair my own machine. I've rebuilt my current PC a half dozen times, but now the problems are not hardware, but malicious files off the internet! So here I am back in the street, begging.
Thanks to all of you who have kept up with the technology and are willing to share!
