Antec PSU - TruePower vs EarthWatts

  1. I'm upgrading my computer and getting new hardware: Gigabyte EP45-DS3L motherboard, Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 CPU, Radeon HD 4670 video card, and G.Skill 2 GB PC2-8500 1066 MHz dual channel RAM.

Now I need to decide on a new power supply. The vendor I'm getting my system from has two Antec 650W PSUs, both are pretty cheap. One is the EarthWatts EA 650 and the other is the TruePower Trio 650. The TruePower is about $8 more than the EarthWatts. I don't know a huge amount about power supplies but they appear to have similar specs - three 12V rails, 80+ certification, 120 mm fans. Are there major differences between these two units? How does the TruePower lineup compare to the EarthWatts lineup?

    Thanks for the advice.

    Go for the extra $8
