hello everyone, thanks for taking time out to read my post

Edit to add information from original thread which has been deleted:
I got a virus and then my computer restarted, when it went to start back up it said windows couldn't load and brought me to a system restore screen that just looked fake.. like form windows 2000 or something. but it was the only things i could do.. i could not restore to an earlier date so i just restored to factory. after that i was able to get back on windows and now my computer just seems slower. i have random errors like when i dl some of the programs i previously had the dl has an error. when i go to google and click a link it goes to an add site. i did mcafee scan and a malwarebytes scan and found nothing. however, i keep blocking this ip even when im not searching the web.

Welcome to TechSpot! I'll be glad to help you check for malware but I can't much with thisl log.

i got a virus yesterday and my pc restarted and had to restore because windows would not load. i did factory restore and now pc seems a little slower and google is being redirected to add sites

I can check the IP, but if you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

NOTE: If you already have any of the scanning programs on the computer, please remove them and download the versions in these links.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .
NOTE: Logs must be pasted in the replies. Attached logs will not be reviewed.
------------------------------
Consider pleased the fact that if you have any programs set to auto-update, some activity could be from them. But I can't tell anything until I see what's running on your system. A log with no source isn't much help. Are you getting alerts from the program that these IPs are being blocked?
==========================================
My Guidelines: please read and follow:
  • Be patient. Malware cleaning takes time and I am also working with other members while I am helping you.
  • Read my instructions carefully. If you don't understand or have a problem, ask me.
  • If you have questions, or if a program doesn't work, stop and tell me about it. Don't try to get around it yourself.
  • Follow the order of the tasks I give you. Order is crucial in cleaning process.
  • File sharing programs should be uninstalled or disabled during the cleaning process..
  • Observe these:
    [o] Don't use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you.
    [o] Don't use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.
    [o] Don't download and install new programs- except those I give you.
  • Please let me know if there is any change in the system.

If I don't get a reply from you in 5 days, the thread will be closed. If your problem persist, you can send a PM to reopen it.
=====================================
Edit: I saw this thread first, then saw your original thread. Information has been combined- other thread deleted... The same information is still required.
All logs and information for this problem should be included in this thread only.
