OK you have done a great job on the 8 steps.

Run HJT select and remove the below line
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Because of the volume and severity of the Malware found you most assuredly have more that were exposed by these runs but not even seen by them.

They should be visible now.

UPDATE both MBAM and SAS and run again. Attach new logs.

Now update SAS and MBAM run again attach logs, so we can get the rest of it off your computer and finish up!
