i have a question,
Can i put any windows operating programme(windows 7/vista/pro) in any computer
(old/new/etc)

plzz reply

I wouldn't say you'd be happy with it even if it works on some 'old' computer ..... because i do not know 'how old' the pc in question may be

If you want to run Windows 7 on your PC, here's what it takes:

To clarify, these are "MINIMUM" requirements. Recommended system requirements are usually much higher. For example Vista may let you install on a PIII 1GHz machine, but i wouldn't even bother unless you had a modern dual core (preferably Core2Duo) machine.
 
Yup good advice comp. I wouldn't want to use Vista or 7 for prolong periods of time on an old P4 or earlier stuff. Atleast a decent dual core processor and 2 GB ram is reasonable minimum.
 
If you had any more details behind why you are asking (ie do you have old systems, do you need to test software on legacy HW/ OS etc, . ) it would help us give a better answer as well.
