I'd definitely reorganize the cables at the bottom of the desk to either meet in a back corner underneath the desk or to meet on the outside of the desk. This would give you more leg room and the cables will be organized. You can use tie wraps or something similar to keep cables together and to hold/hide excessive cable underneath desk where the bundles aren't visible. Hope this makes sense. GL!
