Anybody ever get geoblocked?

I did just minutes ago and it was worse than getting hit by Deacon Jones on a third and eight.

No, not really. But it had never happened before, not in 17 years of Web surfing. Instead of https://www.~ the address bar said geo-block.~. All I did was click on a link in Pinterest to a Vietnamese language site (I'm in the U.S.A.)

Does this ever happen to anyone else, regularly or occasionally?

This is of infinitesimal importance, but I'm just a little curious.
 
It happens to thousands of expat British living in the rest of Europe when we try to watch BBC television on the internet. We have to use a VPN to solve the problem. Even free ones work so its not much of a big deal.
