Take the flu as a great example. I haven't become sick from the flu for decades, yet my wife seems to get sick from a string of it almost every year. People at my work get sick from it and I'm around all these people. Most of them get a flu shot. They still carry the virus(es) and can pass them along.


The ignorance that runs rampant through the media and social media and the blind arrogance that people follow the stupidity.....it makes me wonder how much longer as a whole will the human race actually survive.

We had a very MAGA friend who believed all the misinformation on the virus, masks, vaccine, etc. It got him. He was raving for his last three days, which was sad, especially for the healthcare workers who had to risk their lives to clean his butt.

Such workers now report that the main thing folks beg for, before going on a ventilator, is the vaccine. Like maybe it will somehow still help them.

It's continually amazing that supposedly intelligent people will devote every resource to arguing against common sense, in order to make a political point... to other people who couldn't care less about that!

The only consolation is that the most stupid are the most likely to be weeded out. But in the meantime of course they are a lab for variants, which will cause countless more deaths. And that's with potent vaccines available free at every drugstore!

I chalk it up to the general and increasing insanity of the alt-right. 1) Alphas - you and all those around you know who you are.

Important to ignore own family members if they have studied in the field for 20 years .
