Apple will reportedly stick with the Lightning connector for one more year before going...

So what a pain. you are not at home you have to take a puck with you? or how about car charging when in a holder? there are too many places I plug my phone in that I dont want to use wireless charging. I dont see this happening anytime soon.
Wireless car chargers are actually quite nice. They are a little expensive atm but the magnetic "drop in" is so much nicer than clamp design and plugging cables in imho. It's a big pro in my books.

How are you to use your phone if it's laying on a table? Do you put the puck and phone to your ear to talk? Text and play games flat on the table? Hold the puck in your hand as well as the phone? Seems pretty inconvenient where you can't use your phone at all for 30 minutes or over an hour at a time (depending on usb output). A cable is the best way to go. Maybe you can enlighten me/us?

I don't let my phone get so low I can't do 30 mins of stuff with it. I'll toss it on the pads often when just derping around at home.

How are you playing games and interacting with the screen by simply listening to a speaker?
I'm not because I'm not compelled to play games on my phone. If I had a wireless charger (I don't), I could find something else to do with my time if I felt my phone wasn't convenient to use. I was trying to answer the part of your question about talking on the phone that you brought up not solve all your objections to it.

You didn't specify so I wasn't sure you were referring to a single point I made. Perhaps you stumbled on something I don't know of. Thanks for clarifying.
