Looks good to me, I don't see any incompatibilities. Even the name brands you have chosen are in my opinion well known good brands.

Why are you choosing the older platform, instead of Haswell?

Change the Seagate HDD to a Hitachi or WD, as recently it's been shown that Seagate has a lot higher failure rate.

In any case, yes, parts are compatible.

The Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive still has a 4 star rating at Newegg so can't be all that bad.
