Are these Samsung 24", 144Hz, Freesync, curved monitors the same?

Are these Samsung monitors all the same except for the stand/product codes?

Samsung LC24FG70FQUXEN
Samsung C24FG70
Samsung LC24FG73FQUXEN
Samsung C24FG73

As far as I can tell they are the same except for the stand of which I prefer the stand for the 73 model. Is there a detail I'm missing out on?

They all look the same to me as far as specs. [URL='http://www.samsung.com/ch/monitors/led-fg73f/LC24FG73FQUXEN/']Samsung LC24FG73FQUXEN[/URL] might be just for the German market.

I did some more research and downloaded all the associated user manuals to the above links and on page 47 of the third link the model names are side by side with the same specs.
