Ashampoo Burning Studio 21 Update not working

I click news, check update, install, 21.11.5, microsoft.net framework error, ash_update_c29a3dc0_dl.exe, ip 54.192.86.36, 54.192.86.52, 54.192.86.22, 54.192.86.2 port 80, it looks like the update server can't be reached, is there another way to get the update because ashampoo only tries to sell other products when I search the site and no info about the error.
