ATI Radeon HD 3650 Problem

Hello, I just bought a new bfx card, like the one in the title.

Now when I try to play games, I get lower FPS then I did with my old card.

Here is some info you might wants.

So if anyone knows what I should do to improve my FPS in games, specially in World of warcraft as I get the lowest FPS in that game more than others.
