Inactive Audio coming from nowhere, no programs running

Okay, I've heard of radio stations playing through external speakers, this isn't that. Every now and then random audio clips keep playing, first it was part of a song "chestnuts roasting on an open fire..." then it stopped I just assumed it was some ad, like those annoying smiley face ads that talk, but later a news clip started playing over and over, no video, just audio, so i got off the internet but it kept playing, i have nothing else open. No programs are open, even in the task manager, but audio keeps coming from nowhere.

I'm not adept at this kind of thing so help me out here, i have AVG running a scan but thats all i really know how to do.

EDIT:Chat windows are popping up now, 2 of them. also a internet explorer window popped up, took me to www.get-itnow.com.

EDIT: I think i may have found the culprit, i looked through my recent downloads for anything fishy, and a download with the filename "v11_flash_AV.exe" isn't there, thats the most recent thing i downloaded and avg popped up and told me not to download it, stupid me i downloaded it anyway because it said it was just a flash update. but i still dont know how to find it or get rid of it so i still need help.
