I don't know exactly what you mean but dinosoaurs never had rational thoughts that made them responsible for their own actions. Dinosoaurs were not responsible for an asteroid hitting the earth but humans are responible for what they've left behind. Take for instance crack babies. They are not created by a random asteroid hit.
