Autodesk sketchbook pro not running on win 7

HI i tried to install the above program (made sure that all the requirements suited it), but when i try to run it, it opens up slowly then sticks.
Even tried running it under compatability mode....no such luck.
Anybody got ideas?

1g vid card geforce 9600
2g ram
250g hard drive
win 7 ultimate 32 bit
amd phenom 8450 triple core processor ~ 2.1Ghz
