Inactive AVG keeps detecting a trojan

The AVG "Threat Detected" window keeps popping up. For some reason, Ad Adware was not working last night. I had to restart my laptop and since last night I have ran three full scans using Ad Aware and AVG. Ad Aware detected 21 threats and removed them during the first scan - during the second scan (this morning), nothing was found. AVG full scan did not show anything. The window alerting me about a trojan continues to pop up and it is driving me nuts. I watch series online on http://www.tubeplus.me. Can this be the cause of the problem? What should I do? Can someone be creating a backdoor to control my computer and get my information? What should I do, what should I do..?
