Inactive AVG keeps popping up a message regarding CRX_INSTALL\manager

Can anyone help with the message I am receiving (message image link http://www.imagebam.com/image/686553244761733). Even after AVG deletes it I get it back again.

I am also getting AVG detection of WIN32Cryptor which I normally have AVG delete. I often get "Rundll32 stopped working" also.
