Bad image virus?

I had a computer with at least 74 viruses and after running many different scanner/malware/spyware programs have narrowed it down to the numerous, "bad image check this against your windows disk" , pop ups. I followed the 8-steps with one exception. I could not run superantispy. I got booted to the blue screen of death dumping files screen 3 times in a row. Instead I ran spybot and adware, both were clean scans. Here are the logs from malwarebytes and hijack this:

for best results with this problem, download a program called "autoruns". This program shows you everthing that is running on your computer. Any program you are unsure about you can look up on the internet to see what it is and whether or not to leave it running, delete it, or just turn it off. I have messed with this computer for 4 days straight, and this is what worked.
