BBCode [icode] tag not working (inline code)

I'm not sure if the inline code tag was ever usable, but I tried using it today and it wouldn't render. It is in the editor interface as shown below. I needed it because I didn't have a way to escape BBCode when trying to write abouterformance. I ended up just using the good ole "code" tag instead, though it appears the "parsehtml" tag might work better for this case.

We've never supported that tag, only "code" but thanks for noticing it's showing up when creating new threads, that's not intentional
