Problem: My monitor is receiving no signal from my video card.
Video Card: XFX Geforce 8600 GT
It started after I had shut my computer down after playing Left 4 Dead 2 and went to work. When I returned home the same night, I turned on my computer only to discover that I did not have a signal on my monitor.
1. Only have 1 POST beep.
2. Tried removing RAM, but same problem.
3. Tried changing video cards. Got the same problem.
4. Turned the volume on my speakers up and waited to hear Windows fanfare which I did, leading me to believe the computer is booting up just fine.
5. Tested the monitor on another computer and it worked fine.
6. Tested a different cord that I know works and still nothing.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I have no onboard video, and I have tried using another PCI Express slot as well. I aslo reset the BIOS. no help =/
I am absolutely stumped, any help at all would be great. Thank you.
