This site had a recent article here, about best CPU and the 12th gen i5-12400 was listed as the best all-around value and the 10th gen i7-10700 for best gaming cpu. However, other information from this site indicated that the i5-12400 ran a faster FPS when tested (roughly 10). I'm just curious why the i7-10700 would then be considered the better gaming cpu, just because of more cores and threads?
