Best Laptop for $1000

I am looking for a new laptop that is the best bang for the buck performance. The laptop can be more than $1000, but I would prefer if it wasn't much more. I would like for it to be under 4 pounds, no bigger than 15" and the minimum specs are; Intel Core i5 (Or Equivalent) (Or Higher), 8GB of RAM (Or Higher), At least a 256gb ssd (Or Higher), and a decent graphics card (GTX 1050 is wanted, but not needed if there is a better option).
