My pc has a digital tv tuner card, and the only software it has to watch the tv is windows media centre.
On my old pc I had an all-in-wonder ATI card which came with tv software that had many funtions that i am looking for now. Can anyone reccomend software that has similar features to:
if anyone can help me out with the tech terms so i dont have to say that translucent overlay thingymejig would be helpful too.

On my old pc I had an all-in-wonder ATI card which came with tv software that had many funtions that i am looking for now. Can anyone reccomend software that has similar features to:
- an ability to make the tv screen always on top of other windows
- can make the tv "screen" translucent so it can always be "over" all other windows but still allows work to be done (the image is kind of overlayed everything else, hard to describe)
- able to record
- has an epg with programme information
- and FREE?
