Best Windows software to find duplicate files

Any suggestions? I'm consolidating 5 or 6 old hard drives. Anyone have suggestions for decent software to find dup files. Even if their naming convention is slightly different.

I use agent ransack. you have to be specific though when searching.

I know a software that can remove all the duplicates in outlook. That is winpst Outlook Duplicate Remover. This software charges a fee but I think you can use its trial version to just delete some duplicates for you and reduce your work.
