So you, like myself, don't own a cell phone? And couldn't the largest telecoms be considered monopolies? In point of fact they're legislated to be just that, monopolies.

I searched for educational ranking by state. You'll notice that the lowest 10 (40-50) are all southern, and all are RED states.
