BIOS freezing or unknown issue

So i got my new Samsung hardrive today 500gb and ive been running 2 hardrives, 1 sata 80 gigabyte and a 160 IDE hardrive. So i plug in my new hardrive and get ready to move everything, but it wont get past the GIGABYTE screen logo and sometimes it will after 3-5 min of waiting and idk why. ? I need help on how to get this to stop, ive taken apart the entire computer, twice, and i ve tried everything.

So one old IDE, one small SATA, and one new SATA ?
Have you been able to format the Samsung hard drive?
Have you tried removing the two drives, and installing the Samsung, then formatting and installaing that Samsung using a version of Windows or other operating system?

Dude, i cant even load it, i litterally get to the Gigabyte loading bios screen, it freezes there for 5 min then it lets the Hardrives load and i have no idea why.

Hey i have a screen shot here it is all it does is sit here and idk why.
