1. Update your Java version here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6463-java-se.html
Alternate download: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Note 1: UNCHECK any pre-checked toolbar and/or software offered with the Java update. The pre-checked toolbars/software are not part of the Java update.

Note 2: If you're running 64-bit system make sure you install BOTH, 32-bit and 64-bit Java.

Note 3: The Java Quick Starter (JQS.exe) adds a service to improve the initial startup time of Java applets and applications. If you don't want to run another extra service, go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced > Miscellaneous and uncheck the box for Java Quick Starter. Click OK and restart your computer.

2. Now, we need to remove old Java version and its remnants...

Download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it.
  • Run JavaRa.exe (Vista and 7 users! Right click on JavaRa.exe, click Run As Administrator), pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
  • Accept any prompts.
  • Do NOT post JavaRa log.

Exploit blackhat SEO (type 1703) is the exact wording and it pops up in the AVG box as a threat. Which also says threat is removed but any web browser (chrome and firefox) I use on this PC tells me that the web page is unavailable therefore it doesnt load it. All other PC's in my house I can get to the site.

Do other PCs have also AVG installed?

Obviously there is some AVG issue as I can access that site with no problem and it's listed by WOT in green.

Im sorry so long but the other pc's do not have AVG on them. I tried going through the settings of the program and see if that address was on some type of block list but I do not see anything of the sort.

You have two options:
1. Pursue the issue at AVG forum.
2. Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover: http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities
Install ONE of these:

- Avast! free antivirus: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

- free Microsoft Security Essentials: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/products/security-essentials
Note for Windows 8 users: Microsoft Security Essentials comes preinstalled and renamed as Windows Defender.
You can keep it or you have to disable it before installing another AV program. How to...

- free Comodo Antivirus: http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/antivirus.php
