Okay, then contact the builder and give them what I wrote two posts earlier. Show this thread to your dad. Please keep us updated.

now my dad wants to get his computer guy to see if he can fix it... So I won't have my comp for probably a week or so... We are going to give my dads computer guy the boot disk(s) and the warrenty paper so it's under his control in about an hour

well my dads comp guy confirmed that it is hardware, so were going to tey to figure out if I registered the computer so we know that it's still under warrenty because we don't have recepts or any proof at the moment
