I had a blue screen error, which I have had before. However, this time I got an additional box message that disappeared before I finished reading it. It said something about having to re-install a program. The only issue I am having is with my e-mail. I use microsoft office outlook to view my e-mail. Since this error, my e-mail is not recognizing my address book and all of my e-mails are coming thru without any "sender" information. Plus all of the messages are not in the normal reading screen. I am also not able to send any e-mails because it doesn't recognize any addresses. I have tried to restart the computer to a previous date, and that helped for a short time, but always goes back to this same issue. Thanks for any help.
