Blue Screen

Hi, when i try to play DoW 2 on start up to a game i get a BSoD. I presumed it was the VGA overheating so i went out and bought a new cooler for it which stopped the BS's for a day and now there back. can anybody please help me in why i am getting them.
The Error code is ; Error code 1000007e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bd139f87, parameter3 b854fbdc, parameter4 b854f8d8.
